This section covers common errors, connectivity issues, and unexpected bot behavior. Each page describes the cause of a specific error and the steps you can take from the dashboard, exchange settings, or wallet configuration to resolve it.

All remedies on these pages are user-actionable — no server access, no source code edits, and no deployment changes are required. If an issue persists after following the steps, contact Aegis support.

Check the following before opening a support request:

  2. Confirm your exchange account has sufficient balance and margin
  3. Check the exchange status page for ongoing maintenance or incidents
  4. Review the dashboard activity log for recent error events
